Located in the University Manor Apartments building (1st floor of the 8 story brown brick building) next to Ugly Mug Cafe, our entrance is on NE 43rd Street near the corner of 43rd and Brooklyn Avenue NE.

There is easy bus access, and our patients are offered complimentary parking in the University District Parking Associates lot located at 4328 Brooklyn Avenue NE. (Patients receive a token when leaving the office to cover the parking fee. Please do not pay in advance!)
