About Our Practice

Our practice is conveniently located on the first floor of the University Manor Apartments, an eight-story brown brick building, adjacent to Ugly Mug Café. You can find our entrance on NE 43rd Street, near the corner of 43rd and Brooklyn Avenue NE.

We offer easy access via public transportation, and complimentary parking for our patients is available in the U-District Parking Lot at 4222 Brooklyn Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Please pay for parking and bring the receipt to your appointment. We will either reimburse you with a check or apply a discount to your visit.
